HIP THRUST
225 lb x 10 reps x 5 sets

PUSH-UPS
4 sets x 15 reps
1 set x 30 reps

BENCH PRESS
135 lb x 10 reps

PULL-UP
1 set x 3 reps

LEFT SHOULDER REHABILITATION
Fly (standing front, lateral, sides, bent lateral) – sets of 10-15 reps with 10 lbs

NOTE:
6 months post left shoulder surgery on 12/9/17.  Estimated 65-70% functional.
