2018 GOALS

GENERAL

  • Rehabilitate left shoulder and biceps from surgery in June 2017.
  • Optimize lean mass
  • Resume cycling with emphasis on velodrome competition
  • Build aerobic base with 2-4 hour rides

 

2019 GOALS

500 meters – <  40 secs (28.67 mph)
2K < 2:50 (26.2 mph)
200 meters < 13.5 secs (33.13 mph)

  • Increase power for all events
  • 200 – cross the start line at higher speed and cadence
  • 500 m & 2 k – improve start and acceleration

 

Physical strategy: intervals of various durations, various sprints, hill sprints, lean body composition; weights, plyometrics

Mental strategy: patience over next 24-36 months; no complacency; always positive.
